Refunds and cancellation

Students: RightUni is free for students. There is nothing to buy, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

Partner agencies: lead credits are prepaid and are not refundable. The partner agency terms explain when credits are used, when they expire and the only case where we return them.

Never pay anyone who contacts you through RightUni or claims to be from RightUni. We will never ask a student for money.
