Delete your RightUni account

Deleting your account removes, permanently and straight away:

• your account and sign-ins on every device;
• your shortlist, applications, steps, offer conditions and status history;
• every document and file in your vault;
• your Students like you profile, the universities you show yourself at, your blocks and the reports you made.

Copies in our encrypted nightly backups are gone within 30 days. Want a copy first? Use “Export everything” in your vault.

In the app or on the website

1. Open RightUni and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (on the phone apps: More → Settings).
3. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

If you can’t sign in, send us the email address you signed up with. We’ll email that address a link to confirm it’s you. Once you’ve clicked it, we delete the account and email you when it’s done, usually within a few days. You can also email hello@setstech.co.uk.
