I forgot my vault passphrase

Use your recovery key on the vault’s unlock screen (“Forgot your passphrase?”). If you’ve lost both, we can’t open your documents — nobody can. You can reset the vault, which deletes them; your applications stay.

A university detail is wrong

Use “Report a wrong detail” on the university’s page. We check every report.

Someone in Students like you asked me for money

Don’t pay. Report and block them from their card. Read the community rules.

Can RightUni tell me if I’ll get a visa?

No. RightUni is information only, not immigration advice. Check the official page or an authorised adviser.
