For agencies

Meet students who chose you

RightUni is a free study-abroad organiser for students from Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. Students who want help with an application can choose a partner agency. You pay only for students who share their details with you.

How it works

  1. We check you first

Send the form below. We check your trade licence, office and website, and your official link with each university you represent.

  2. Students choose you

On the universities you represent, students who want help can see your agency in a list in random order. Nobody is pushed to you.

  3. You get the student’s details

When a student taps Share, you get their name, email, phone, home country, the university and its country, their course or study level, intake, how they want to be contacted and any message they write.

  4. 1 credit per student

Each new student uses one prepaid credit. When your credits run out, your listing is hidden until you top up.

The rules

  • Leads are final. Credits come back only if RightUni finds fraud (fake or duplicate students).
  • Contact students only by the method they chose, and stop when they withdraw.
  • You are responsible for your own advice, service and fees. RightUni is not part of your agreement with the student.
  • Credits expire 12 months after they are added to your account. Trial credits expire after 90 days.
  • Credits are prepaid and not refundable, including if you leave or your agency is removed.
  • Misleading students, or asking for money before a written agreement, means removal without a refund.

Students see every agency as a “Partner agency”, and we tell them that partner agencies pay RightUni.

The full rules are in the partner agency terms. You accept them when you set your password after we approve you.
